Photo ID such as Passport / Driver’s License will be required along with ORDER ID number. Account holder only, to collect. ANY UNAUTHORISED PICKUPS WILL BE REFUSED.
Since we moved away from the retail store when COVID-19 hit, BeautyFillers now operates out of a warehouse which is setup as a shipping fulfillment center and not setup to receive the public, so please make your purchase online either from the website or through email. Thank you.
Tracking & Delivery Time
Beauty-Fillers.com only takes orders for in-stock items so you know there will be no delays in getting your order shipped to you. Our products ship from Michigan, USA and we offer overnight shipping, express shipping and tracked packages within the United States.
BeautyFillers also ships to many territories around the world including Canada, Europe, Australia, and more. All orders are shipped from the United States, except for very large orders which are shipped directly from our suppliers in Europe or Asia. Most international orders under $2,000 will incur a $40 shipping charge minimum ($30 for Canada), but orders over $2,000 ship absolutely free.
To ensure you receive your products quickly and in good condition, we use express shipping companies to deliver your package. Even when you spend more than $2,000 and qualify for free shipping, we still use express shipping options to ensure you receive the best service possible. We work with the best carriers (FedEx, DHL, UPS, etc.)
You will receive an email once your order ships that contain your tracking information. The product will ship out within 24-48 hours of payment completion (Monday to Friday, except for public holidays). Guaranteed delivery time is within 2 days for USA (except for overnight shipments) & Canada deliveries, but International delivery usually take 3-5 days. You will receive a shipment email & text message with your assigned tracking number the same day your order ships out.
If the product you have ordered is in stock, we will dispatch the product to you within 24-48 hours of our acceptance of your order and payment. If the product you have ordered is not in stock, we will use all reasonable endeavors to dispatch the product to you within 3-5 working days of our acceptance of your order and payment.
Please note; All international packages are fully insured, and we are responsible for all duties and taxes arising on the supply of our services outside the United States. BeautyFillers will prepare all the necessary documents on your behalf, so you have nothing to worry about. We handle all importation and compliance with local laws and regulatory authorities on your behalf. So you don’t have to worry about import duties or taxes when ordering from BeautyFillers.
- Returns & Warranty
We want you to feel 100% confident in using our services. Our goal is to make sure the item you ordered gets to you promptly and works exactly the way it should. In the unlikely event you are unhappy with the products you receive, you may qualify for a refund.
If you are unhappy with the products you have purchased, notify us within 5 days* of receipt and we will either replace them, allow you to exchange them or provide you with a refund. Please call us or email us and provide us with your order number. You have 5 days after the day you (or someone you nominate) receive the products to change your mind.
The policy does not apply in respect of any products which: have been opened, used or damaged by the recipient unless we agree the product is faulty.
For refrigerated products BeautyFillers will issue refunds only if; When you made your purchase, we misrepresented the product packaging. Also your product arrived damaged.
If you are inquiring about returning a refrigerated product, you must keep the product in the refrigerator, or freezer if applicable, until we review your request. If and when we authorize a return, you must ship the product back in similar packaging to what it was delivered in. This may include a styrofoam box containing ice packs and placed inside another cardboard box.
Please note that any product defects/issues must be reported within 14 days from the date of its arrival in order to receive a replacement or refund. We will not replace or refund any items with issues that are brought to our attention after this period ends.
Since we sell medical products, among others, we cannot guarantee we will accept returns or offer refunds in all circumstances. However, we will work with you as best we can to ensure you are a satisfied customer.
If you are entitled to a refund under these terms, we will refund you the price you paid for the products including delivery costs, by the method you used for payment. We will make refunds due to you within 5 days of the day on which we collect the products from you or we receive the products back from you.
