Ellanse E bio corrector based on carboxymethylcellulose. From the Elance line, Form E has the longest result, valid for up to 48 months. After penetration into the skin layers, the carboxymethylcellulose resolves. Microspheres of polycaprolactone remaining in the tissues of the dermis stimulate the production of neo collagen, building material for epidermal cells.

Subsequently there is biodegradation of PCL: at first complex, bonds are broken, short chains are formed, the clinical effect from the procedure remains. As soon as the chain reaches the minimum length, the microspheres shrink in volume, break up into water and carbon dioxide. The effect of the procedure is gradually reduced: the longer the chain, the longer the biodegradation.

The result of the procedure can be seen 14 days after the procedure.
