These are the terms and conditions on which we supply products to you which you have ordered online via our website www.beauty-fillers.com. Please read these terms carefully before you submit your order to us. These terms tell you who we are, how we will provide products to you, how you and we may change or end the contract, what to do if there is a problem and other important information. Our Contract With You;
Before a purchase is made from this website, the Terms and Conditions must be agreed to. Our acceptance of your order will take place when payment is confirmed, at which point a contract will come into existence between you and us. We will assign an order number to your order and tell you what it is while waiting on you to make payment. It will help us if you can tell us the order number whenever you contact us about your order.
If we are unable to accept your order, we will inform you of this and will not charge you for the products. This might be because the product you have ordered is out of stock, because you did not meet our minimum order requirement ($350), because we cannot deliver to your location or because we have identified an error in the price or description of the product ordered.

This website is operated by BeautyFillers (“www.beauty-fillers.com”). It is our goal to provide you with fast and efficient processing of requests for prescription fulfillment services.
Your Rights to Make Changes;
If you wish to make a change to the products you have ordered please contact us. We will let you know if the change is possible. If it is possible we will let you know about any changes to the price of the products, the timing of supply or anything else which would be necessary as a result of your requested change and ask you to confirm whether you wish to go ahead with the change.
- Shipping & Refunds
Orders will be shipped the next day after receiving payment. Approximate delivery time is within 2 days for USA deliveries and 2-4 days for International deliveries. The costs of delivery will be displayed to you on our website and confirmed to you during the order process. You will receive a shipment email & text message with your assigned tracking number the same day your order ships out. The carrier will deliver the products to the address given in your order so please ensure that the delivery address given is accurate.
If the product you have ordered is in stock, we will dispatch the product to you within 2 working days of our acceptance of your order and payment. If the product you have ordered is not in stock, we will use all reasonable endeavors to dispatch the product to you within 3-5 working days of our acceptance of your order and payment.
We will at our discretion deliver products to countries outside the United States. However, there are restrictions on some products for certain international delivery locations, so you should seek out information to establish whether that applies to your desired delivery location and inform us before ordering products. Order may be subject to import duties and taxes and/or medical laws and regulations which are applied or become applicable once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country. BeautyFillers will prepare all the necessary documents on your behalf, so you have nothing to worry about. We handle all importation and compliance with local laws and regulatory authorities on your behalf.
All international packages (orders of $1,000 upward) will be fully insured, and we are responsible for all duties and taxes arising on the supply of our services outside the United States. So you don’t have to worry about import duties or taxes when ordering from BeautyFillers.
Cancellation – Your Rights to End the Contract;
Our warehouse team does its best to get packages out the door as quickly as possible. If you want to end a contract before order ships out, please contact us to let us know. The contract will end immediately and we will refund any sums paid by you for products not yet shipped. If you end the contract for any reason after products have been dispatched to you or you have received them, you must post them back to us at your cost or allow us to collect them from you. You have 10 days after the day you (or someone you nominate) receive the products.
Returns Policy;
If you are unhappy with the products you have purchased, notify us within 5 days of receipt and we will either replace them, allow you to exchange them or provide you with a refund. Please call us or email us and provide us with your order number. You have 5 days after the day you receive the products to change your mind. The policy does not apply in respect of any products which: have been opened, used or damaged by the recipient unless we agree the product is faulty. As long as the reason falls under one of the following conditions: The product contains manufacturing defects, the product was damaged upon arrival or the wrong product was delivered.
If you are entitled to a refund under these terms, we will refund you the price you paid for the products including delivery costs, by the method you used for payment. We will make refunds due to you within 5 days of the day on which we collect the products from you or we receive the products back from you.
- Price & Payment
All prices as shown on Beauty-Fillers.com are the prices you will be charged. The price of the products will be the price indicated on the order pages when you placed your order. There’s no extra amount to be added later in the form of VAT. We accept payment via bank transfer, credit card and debit card, PayPal, etc. You must pay for the products before we dispatch them. We will send the necessary payment details when we accept your order.
Future Communications;
By placing an order with Beauty-Fillers.com, you agree to allow us to send you courteous phone text or follow-up emails regarding your order. If you do not want to receive these communications, you can simply opt out by clicking on the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any emails you receive from us.
